I’ve ordered but I haven’t received a confirmation email/ tracking number.
- Before placing an order please make sure you input an email or the correct email address. If you still have not received a confirmation, please email our support team so we can resend the email or SMS ( if an email was not input) MACEDOSTUDIOS369@GMAIL.COM
- If you’ve received an email confirmation but your order hasn’t received a tracking #, your order has not been shipped out yet. Tracking numbers will be sent when your package has been shipped.
I’ve paid for express shipping but my order is still not here.
- Items are pre-ordered. Unless we have these items on hand, express shipping is for when your order arrives! MANUFACTURING AND PROCESSING TIMES ARE 3 - 4 WEEKS. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Tracking will be sent when your order has shipped!
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do! International shipping will have an additional fee and can take a little bit longer than domestic orders.
Can I apply for refunds or cancelations?
- Refunds are not available for previous drops. Once each drop has ended, refunds and cancelations cannot be made because we buy bulk inventory.
